Tap Become a creator manager on the homepage to open our manager application. The role takes about 14 hours a week: you recruit at least 3 creators a month, go LIVE with each new recruit 4 times in their first 2 weeks, and join our manager meeting on Mondays at 6:00 PM CT / 7:00 PM ET.

We review your application, then set up an intro chat with your manager about your goals, your schedule and anything you want to know about the agreement. Once you accept the agency invite in TikTok, you join our Discord and plan your first streams together.

No. We don’t charge agency fees and we never take a percentage of your earnings. TikTok pays you directly, the same way it does now. As an official partner agency we are paid separately through TikTok’s agency program, so our only incentive is helping you stream better.

A monthly LIVE hours target that you and your manager set around your schedule. You keep your account, your content and your creative direction. Your manager walks you through the full terms on your intro chat, before you commit to anything.

Usually, yes, once your current agreement allows it. Email us your handle and your current agency and we’ll tell you what’s involved. We will never ask you to break an existing contract.

No, and no agency honestly can. Results depend on your content, your consistency, your audience and platform conditions. Our job is helping you improve your process and make better decisions.

Tell your manager first. As an official TikTok LIVE partner agency, we can raise bans, strikes and restrictions with TikTok through our partner channel instead of the public support form. Nobody can promise the outcome of a case, but you won’t be handling it alone.
